Contact Information

Limit your contact information by removing your middle name, home address, phone number, and any email address that can be easily associated with an online profile.

Instead, include an unlisted cell phone number and a generic email address.

Remove any specific or detailed information that can identify your place of employment.

Remove your employer's name and replace it with a generic but accurate description. For example, Grand Rapids Hospital could become simply Major Hospital.
