Customer service

Part of great customer service is being there when your customers need you. Being active on social media ensures you're easily found online. Make sure to fill out all of your social media profiles and include links to your other platforms on each.

Add your website address to your email signature and business cards. Also, always keep your business cards with you to hand out in person. Keeping a steady flow of freelance work requires you to be ready with your information when an opportunity arises.

Your first interaction with a customer can set the tone for the entire relationship. And when it comes to marketing your freelance work on social media, the most valuable thing to know is engagement is everything. That means you should respond to positive and negative comments.
